Hiperfloor

Hiperfloor is a system of grinding, treating and mechanically polishing concrete floors, ultimately reducing the need for any surface coatings.

The preliminary stages of grinding and honing are the same as coating systems, however the surface of the concrete is polished to a much higher level, typically 3000 grit, creating a natural patina and lustre to the concrete that will stand the test of time with little to no maintenance.

The same design considerations need to be made in terms of desired aggregate exposure and the gloss level.

The combination of surface hardeners and the mechanical polishing process create an extremely smooth, abrasion resistance, functional and low maintenance floor ideal for high traffic and industrial flooring areas.

Suited to warehouses, manufacturing facilities, automotive plants, showrooms, retail, commercial and domestic situations.
